Cercme. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Cercme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

Cercme is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to help sales teams and growing businesses manage their pipelines, automate tasks, and integrate communication tools. Our platform is intended for business use, and by using it, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization or company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use Cercme only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the platform by, any other user. Any unauthorized use or access, including but not limited to hacking or password mining, is strictly prohibited.

All content and features on the Cercme platform, including but not limited to text, software, designs, logos, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Cercme and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Cercme.

Cercme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You understand and agree that Cercme is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for a reliable and high-performing experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cercme disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Cercme, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for access to the platform during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cercme operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
